I read on a different thread that changing the computers's date back to a time in Feb, 2013 fixed a similar issue, but it wasn't with cTivo, so I didn't try it. I've rebooted my Mac, but I haven't rebooted the Tivo, but it doesn't sound like that works. I have found the logs - Verbose was one, but the logs don't mean anything to me. Failure to download also has happened when the TiVo series 2 was never shown to be offline. And as strange as it sounds, the download progress bar in cTiVo moved as normal from the left to the right - as if everything was just fine.
